We undertook a very intense project for Formula-E.
50 custom made crates, comprised of engraved chopsticks, printed custom cut acrylic awards, printed foamboard internal lids, engraved exterior wooden lids and a full custom CNC routed foam insert to house these products.

These crates had to be delivered to China within 5 days, leaving us with only one day (and one very long night!) to get these produced.

This was a very involved project that required the use of most our machinery. It is yet another example of how well equipped we are for such a wide range of bespoke projects.
UV Printer:
To print the internal foam board and acrylic award
CO2 Laser:
To engrave the box externally, and cut the custom 15mm acrylic award
Fiber Laser:
To engrave the metal chopsticks
CNC Machine:
To cut the internal foam
Digital Cutting Table:
To cut the internal foam board to the correct shape & size

Although tiring and logistically difficult, this was an extremely fun and rewarding project and the end result looked absolutely incredible.
