We produced a small run of 20 lifetime membership cards for Arrow Meadow Exclusive Fisheries.

The client wanted something that looked premium, felt substantial, but stayed within budget. We designed the layout ourselves, incorporating their logo, a QR code, and clean typography to keep it functional and professional.

The cards were made from 0.9mm brass sheet, cut to size on our CNC machine for accuracy. We then used the fiber laser to engrave the details directly into the metal, producing sharp, consistent results, even on the fine lines of the fish graphic and the small QR code.

The finished cards have a solid feel, a clean polished look, and will easily stand up to years of use without wearing away. A straightforward project, but one where the combination of materials and process made all the difference.
