We recently completed an order for 1,000 stainless steel discs, each UV printed with a “Fire door keep locked” message.

The discs were run on our flatbed UV printer, with careful alignment to make sure every print landed cleanly and consistently.

Once printed, we used our digital cutting table to make custom protective packaging. This was essential for two reasons, the discs needed to be well protected during transit, and the packaging had to make boxing quick and efficient given the quantity.

Everything was then boxed, palletised, and made ready for dispatch. A straightforward production job, but the combination of durable printing and well-thought out packaging meant they were ready to ship without risk of damage.
