A new client tasked us with a tall order, a custom made shield for an event in, delivered to a Palace in London… within 2 days!

Our team worked hard on this bespoke shield, utilising a lot of our machines to make this happen.

Our CNC machine cut the shield from a 13mm MDF veneer. We then hand routed the edges and stained the plaque for a luxurious finish.

We then used our CO2 Laser Engraving machines to cut and engrave the badges for the shield, using a gold laminate material. We also had to use our UV printer to print an image to the laminate, and also some bright white text directly onto the shield.

After fabricating a stand for the back, this shield was done and shipped on a next day service, arriving in time for the event. 
The end result was a truly bespoke, one of a kind item that the client loved!
