Who Are We?

We are a young, fun, family ran team who are not only skilled operators of our machinery, but also have a passion for them. We know every detail of our machinery allowing us to create some really bespoke and one of a kind items. You can find out more about us below!

Our History

We have lots of history. Our story spans back as far as 1965!

January 17, 1965

Incorporation

A. W. Raybould LTD was incorporated on the 17th January, 1965 by Albert William Raybould

January 17, 1965

March 28, 1982

Paul Joins

Paul Raybould, nephew of Albert, joins the business and is appointed director. He moved the business onto pewter casting, creating models and supplying National Heritage and Souvenir shops

March 28, 1982

April 3, 1991

Richard Joins

Richard Raybould, son of Paul, joined the business. He was appointed joint Director. He continued with pewter and later created A W Rayboulds own giftware brand which had international success. He followed on by offering engraving as an additional accessory to the business

Paul Retires

After 34 years in the business, Paul finally decided to enjoy a well earned retirement

Joe Joins

Joe Raybould, son of Richard, becomes new joint Director. The business then modernised, offering quality engraved personalised giftware with a fast turn around time and creative designs

Cara Joins

Cara Raybould, daughter of Richard, joins the business. With a passion for creativity, Cara happily took on custom design work for customers

Upgrades

We steadily grew into a new premises and invested over £100,000 into new engraving machines. We also hired new staff who still continue to impress us and be a part of our family orientated team. Their skill and knowledge prove to be crucial to our continued success

Upgrades

Due to a continued uptake in business, we moved into our current large warehouse in Cradley Heath. We spent much more money on machinery, including large format print machinery, CNC machines and digital cutting tables

Victoria Joins

Victoria, wife of Richard, joined the business. After managing a retail shop for over 20 years, it seemed only right to step into a customer focused roll, giving our clients a dedicated point of contact who is not only knowledgeable, but will also go the extra mile to ensure absolute customer satisfaction

Continued Growth

To this day, Richard, Victoria, Joe and Cara all work alongside our fantastic team, Ethan, Aiden, Oli and Teeya. We continue to reinvest heavily in new and upgraded machinery to ensure quality and efficiency. Each of us all have a dedicated roll to this business and together, with our skill and care we continue to take our business further. We love taking on the most bespoke jobs and there is nothing more rewarding than when we all come together for the final outcome!
