CNC Machining
Find out more about our industry leading CNC Routing machinery and what we could do for you.
Why Choose CNC Machining?
CNC routing is the go to choice when you need precise, repeatable cuts. It is used for rigid materials like wood, acrylic, composites , or aluminium. It’s perfect for creating complex shapes, pockets, slots, and smooth edge finishes with minimal post processing required. From large scale cutting to pocketing, CNC routing ensures every part matches your exact specifications , whether it’s a single prototype or a full production run. It’s also highly efficient, reducing material waste through nesting techniques.
CNC routing is perfect for detailed, consistent results on everything from signage and panels to architectural elements and custom components.

Our CNC has a spindle speed up to 18000 rpm allowing us to make light work of any cutting or pocketing task. From trophy bases to processing large sheets of material, the use of our CNC is employed in a wide range of applications. With a large depth and a standard sheet sized bed, we are able to machine intricate and unique models, vectors and projects across the 3 axis. CNC machining provides excellent surface finishes and accurate tolerances, making it a desirable choice for sectors demanding high precision, like aerospace and medical device production.
Working Area
With a work bed spanning 1220mm x 2440mm, cutting down, routing or shaping large 8ft x 4ft sheets is an easily executed and simple task for our CNC cutter.
V-Bits & Folding
Through the use of V-Shaped CNC bits, we can route groves in rigid material, such as ACM, that then allow us to fold it. This is extremely useful for applications such as lightbox signage, custom 3D products or 3D letter signage, no need for overcomplicated fabrication.
Ready Finished Edges
Our CNC-routed parts come off the machine with smooth edges, reducing the need for sanding or secondary finishing. With the help of our specialised edging bits, we can produce custom bevels and chamfers on pockets and edges for a professional finish.
Vacuum Suction Table
The bed of our CNC houses a powerful vacuum, securing materials firmly during cutting, ensuring accuracy, minimising vibration, and eliminating the need for mechanical clamps even on extensive jobs.
Industry Standard CAD Software
We run our CNC from the VCarve Pro software, an industry recognised CAD software that helps us in many ways to meet our clients requirements; from directly importing artwork sent by you, to nesting and matrix capabilities, there’s no better software to put your CNC applications into action.
Engraving Capabilities
A CNC is functionally a large rotary machine meaning that it can be used to engrave. This can be useful for engraving work that is too large for our other rotary machines or for jobs that need engraving as well as cutting down, eliminating the need to use multiple machines.
