Laser Engraving

Find out more about our precision laser engraving capabilities, offering exceptional quality and versatility across a wide range of materials.

Why Choose Laser Engraving?

Laser engraving is becoming the preferred choice over rotary engraving due to its superior speed , remarkable precision, and versatility across materials. From intricate detailing on metals to personalisation of wood, glass, and acrylic, our laser technology delivers exceptional results with no physical contact to your materials. This makes it ideal for both industrial applications and delicate items.

Our advanced equipment ensures consistent, high-quality engraving with pinpoint accuracy and exceptional detail that traditional methods simply cannot match.

CO2 is used for .

CO2 Lasers are essential for what we do. They are a fantastic, universal machine with the ability to engrave and cut an extremely wide range of substrates. We use Gravotech machinery as these are regarded as industry leading machines among the best lasers available on the market. Using these machines allows us to not only engrave super fine details, but also allows for pin point accuracy, something which many other companies struggle to achieve with cheaper machinery.

Marking Area

Our largest CO₂ laser handles up to 1220mm x 610mm, ideal for everything from tiny precision jobs to large sheet work. It delivers fast, clean results every time, no matter the scale.

Cut & Engrave

CO₂ lasers engrave and cut acrylic, MDF, plywood, card, and more — all in one run. The process is quick, accurate, and perfect for most projects under a metre in size.

Flame Edge Polishing

When cutting acrylic and other glossy materials, the laser melts the edge slightly as it cuts, leaving a polished finish that looks great without extra sanding or buffing.

Batch Production Ready

With pass-through features and jig setups, we can run large batches of coasters, plaques, or labels quickly. Every piece comes out consistent, clean, and ready to use.

Glass Surface Etching

We can frost and mark glass for awards or branding without sandblasting. The results are crisp, permanent, and perfect for decorative or promotional projects.

Ideal for Custom Packaging Inserts

We cut foam, card, and EVA inserts to fit products perfectly. Ideal for presentation cases, branded packaging, or keeping items safe during storage and transport.

Fiber Machines

Typically used for metal marking & part marking

Finished Metals

Fiber is used for .

Fiber lasers are superior for marking and engraving metals that CO2 lasers struggle to handle. Additionally, fiber lasers can’t be utilized for cutting or marking non-metal materials such as wood or acrylic. They operate by using a specific wavelength effectively absorbed by metals, enabling permanent, high contrast markings via methods such as annealing, etching, and colour marking. The quick and precise technique of fibre engraving makes it perfect for ready-made or polished products without additional machining needed for completion.

Marking Area

Our largest fiber laser marks up to 110mm x 110mm. With our pass-through setup, even bigger items can be engraved with precise detail and consistent quality throughout.

High Contrast

Fiber lasers create sharp, dark marks on aluminium, stainless steel, and more. They’re perfect for plates, compliance tags, or anything needing crisp, easy-to-read detail.

No Surface Prep Needed

Fibre engraving works on finished metals without sprays, coatings, or prep. It’s cleaner and faster than chemical or ink methods, with no mess or drying time needed.

Micro Marking Capabilities

We engrave serial numbers, QR codes, and text as small as 0.3mm. Perfect for traceability, compliance, or adding discreet but permanent identification marks.

Clean and Anti-Oxidising

Our process removes oxide layers, leaving bright, crisp marks that resist corrosion. Ideal for long-lasting labels, tags, and compliance plates in harsh conditions.

Superior Marking on Brass & Copper

Even reflective metals like brass and copper can be marked cleanly. We use precise pulse control to produce sharp, consistent results on these tricky materials.

Did you know?
Our fiber and YAG lasers can engrave directly onto metal without any surface treatment — even stainless steel and anodized aluminum. This makes them perfect for industrial tags, compliance plates, and serial numbers that need to endure harsh environments.
Did you know?
Unlike printing, laser engraving is permanent — it doesn’t fade, peel, or wear away, making it ideal for items exposed to UV, chemicals, or constant handling.
Did you know?
Our fibre laser can mark metals at incredible speeds without contact, meaning no clamping or surface prep is needed — ideal for high-volume production of precision parts and tools.
