Fire Door Signage: 1,000 UV-Printed Stainless Discs

We recently completed a bulk order for 1,000 stainless steel discs, each UV printed with a "Fire door keep locked" message. Fire door signage needs to be clear, durable and consistent across a whole building or estate - and at this volume, repeatability is everything.

Why stainless steel and UV print

Stainless steel gives a clean, professional and hard-wearing finish that suits both modern and traditional door schemes. We chose UV printing for two reasons: the discs needed a crisp, high-contrast message, and UV-cured ink bonds tightly for a tough, long-lasting finish that stands up to daily use.

Consistent, at volume

Producing a thousand identical discs to the same high standard is exactly the kind of run our in-house printing and finishing setup is built for. Every disc left the workshop looking the same as the first.
