Laser Engraving
Fine, permanent marking on metal, glass, acrylic, wood and more. We run CO2 lasers for the widest range of materials and fibre lasers for metal, so each job goes on the machine that suits it.

Why choose laser engraving?
A laser marks with light, so nothing touches the part. That makes it fast and very precise, and safe for delicate items as well as industrial parts. The detail it holds is finer than any traditional method can reach, and the mark is permanent: it will not fade, peel or wear away under UV, chemicals or constant handling.
Choose it when
- You need fine detail, small text or codes
- The item is finished and must not be clamped or scratched
- The mark has to survive UV, chemicals or handling
- You want to cut and engrave in the same run
Machine 1 of 2 · CO2 laser
Gravotech CO2 lasers
Our most versatile machines. They engrave and cut the widest range of materials.

- Largest bed
- 1220 × 610mm
- Does
- Engraves and cuts in one run
- Edges
- Flame-polished on acrylic
- Make
- Gravotech
CO2 lasers are central to what we do. They engrave super-fine detail with pinpoint accuracy and cut most sheet materials under a metre in size. We use Gravotech machines, which are regarded as among the best lasers on the market.

What it does well
Up to 1220 × 610mm
Our largest CO2 bed takes anything from tiny precision parts to large sheet work, with the same clean result.
Cut and engrave together
Acrylic, MDF, plywood and card are engraved and cut out in a single run, which keeps jobs quick and accurate.
Polished acrylic edges
The beam melts the cut edge slightly as it goes, leaving a polished finish with no sanding or buffing.
Ready for batch runs
Pass-through and jig set-ups let us run large batches of coasters, plaques or labels, each one identical.
Glass etching
We frost and mark glass for awards and branding without sandblasting. The result is crisp and permanent.
Packaging inserts
Foam, card and EVA inserts cut to fit your product, for presentation cases, branded packaging or safe storage.
Machine 2 of 2 · Fibre laser
Fibre lasers
Built for metal. We use these for metal marking and part marking.

- Marking area
- 110 × 110mm
- Larger items
- Pass-through set-up
- Smallest text
- 0.3mm
- Materials
- Metals only
A fibre laser works at a wavelength metals absorb well, so it marks the metals a CO2 laser struggles with. It makes permanent, high-contrast marks by annealing, etching or colour marking, and needs no further machining afterwards, which makes it ideal for finished and polished products. It cannot mark wood, acrylic or other non-metals.
Materials
- Stainless steel
- Carbon and hardened steel
- Galvanised steel

- Brass
- Copper
- Bronze
- Titanium
- Chrome-plated metals

- Zinc
- Silver

- Platinum
- Tungsten
What it does well
110 × 110mm, or larger
Our largest fibre laser marks 110 × 110mm, and our pass-through set-up handles bigger items with the same detail.
High-contrast marks
Sharp, dark marks on aluminium and stainless steel - ideal for plates and compliance tags that must be easy to read.
No surface preparation
Works straight onto finished metal with no sprays, coatings or drying time, unlike chemical or ink methods.
Micro marking
Serial numbers, QR codes and text as small as 0.3mm, for traceability or discreet permanent identification.
Corrosion resistant
The process removes the oxide layer, leaving a bright mark that resists corrosion in harsh conditions.
Clean marks on brass and copper
Precise pulse control gives sharp, consistent marks on reflective metals that are usually hard to mark.
Good to know
- Fibre lasers mark stainless steel and anodised aluminium directly, with no surface treatment - ideal for industrial tags, compliance plates and serial numbers.
- A laser mark does not fade, peel or wear away, which is why it suits items exposed to UV, chemicals or constant handling.
- Because the laser never touches the part, high-volume runs of precision parts need no clamping or surface preparation.
