These terms and conditions apply to all orders placed with Trade Engraving ("we", "us", "our"). By placing an order you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.
Trade Engraving is a trading name of A.W. Raybould Limited, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 00835582). Registered office: Unit 1, Broadwyn Trading Estate, Waterfall Lane, Cradley Heath, B64 6PS.
1. Quotes and orders
Quotes are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. An order is accepted once we confirm it in writing and, where required, receive payment or a purchase order from an approved trade account.
2. Artwork and approval
You are responsible for the accuracy of artwork, text, spelling and specifications supplied. We proof your artwork before production; once you approve a proof, production proceeds on that basis and we cannot accept liability for errors contained in approved artwork.
3. Prices and payment
Prices are quoted in pounds sterling and, unless stated, exclude VAT and delivery. Trade account terms are agreed separately. Payment methods and any credit terms are confirmed at the point of order.
4. Bespoke and personalised goods
Many of our products are made to order and personalised to your specification. Bespoke and personalised goods are non-returnable unless faulty (see our Returns & Refunds policy).
5. Delivery
We deliver across the UK and offer collection from our premises. Delivery times are estimates; we are not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers or events outside our control. See our Delivery & Shipping policy.
6. Liability
Our liability for any order is limited to the value of that order. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under law.
7. Intellectual property
By supplying artwork you confirm you have the right to use it. We may showcase completed work as examples unless you ask us in writing not to.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
