Dispatch and lead times
Production begins once your artwork is approved. Many orders are produced within 24–48 hours, but lead times vary by product, quantity and finish - we confirm a timescale with your quote. See our Turnaround & Lead Times page.
Delivery options
- UK courier delivery - we ship nationwide using tracked couriers. Delivery charges are always confirmed before you pay - at checkout for online orders, or on your quote for bespoke work.
- Collection - collect from Unit 1, Broadwyn Trading Estate, Waterfall Lane, Cradley Heath, B64 6PS, during opening hours (Mon–Fri, 9am–5pm).
Large and fragile items
Boards, signage and glassware are packed carefully for transit. Larger consignments may be sent on a pallet; we'll advise at the point of order.
Delivery issues
If anything arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs so we can put it right. See our Returns & Refunds policy.
