Traffolyte is the industry name for engraved laminate labels - the hard-wearing standard for industrial labelling. Made from two- or three-ply laminate, the top layer is engraved away to reveal a contrasting core, giving permanent, high-contrast lettering that stands up to years of use.
What is Traffolyte?
"Traffolyte" refers to multi-layer engraving laminate: a coloured surface bonded to a contrasting core. When we engrave through the surface, the core shows through as sharp, permanent text or graphics - far more durable than printed or adhesive labels.
