Clear glass gives a crisp frosted white laser engraving on a plain face, without the green edge tint of jade glass. It is a clean, neutral option that works well with any logo or layout.

Frequently asked questions

Is the engraving included in the price?

Yes. The price shown in the configurator includes laser engraving your logo, wording or both. There is no separate engraving charge and no setup fee. The only optional extra is our artwork redraw service if you only have a low-resolution file that needs redrawing for engraving.

How is the glass engraved?

We engrave the face on our CO2 laser engraving machines, which permanently etches a crisp frosted white mark into the surface of the glass. Nothing is printed on top, so it will never peel, fade or rub off, and it stands out cleanly against clean, near-clear edges. Because laser etching on glass is single-tone, solid vectors and clean line art work best - full-colour logos are converted to single-colour artwork.

What can I have engraved on it?

A logo, crest, recipient name, award title, date, short citation or any combination that fits the face. Upload a PDF, AI, EPS, SVG, JPG or PNG in the configurator, or pick the text-only option and type your wording. If you are ordering several awards with different recipient names, order the total quantity you need and send us the list of names - we set each one up individually at no extra cost.

Do larger quantities cost less?

Yes. Volume discounts apply automatically as you increase the quantity in the configurator. Quantity breaks apply per product line, so if you are ordering a mix of different award sizes or shapes for an event, get in touch and we can quote the whole order together.

Which size should I choose?

This award comes in two heights, 190mm and 250mm. The smaller sizes work well for category winners or larger giveaways, while the tallest size makes a clear main award. If you are presenting 1st, 2nd and 3rd place or tiered recognition, ordering three heights of the same shape keeps the set matching.

Can I see a proof before you engrave it?

Yes. We lay out your engraving and email a digital proof for approval before anything goes on the laser, so you can check spelling, spacing and positioning first.
