For Sale, To Let and Sold estate agent boards printed in full colour on weatherproof Correx or rigid ACM aluminium at our Cradley Heath workshop.

We print direct to the board using outdoor UV-cured inks that hold their colour in all weather, cut to your specification, and keep your artwork on file so repeat batches match the boards you already have out on the street.

Board styles

  • T-board - the standard panel fixed square to a single post. Most visible head-on, and what most agencies order by default.
  • Flag board - mounted at right angles to the post so it reads to traffic travelling along the road rather than facing it.
  • Swing board - hung from a bracket or arm. The usual choice on walls, railings and period frontages where a post isn't practical.

Frequently asked questions

What is the difference between a T-board, flag board and swing board?
A T-board is the classic panel on a single post, fixed square to it. A flag board sits at right angles to the post so it reads to traffic coming along the road. A swing board hangs from a bracket or arm and moves in the wind, which is the usual choice on walls, railings and period frontages.
Are posts and fixings included?
No - boards are supplied printed and cut, ready for your own posts, brackets, ties or hanging kits, unless we have quoted otherwise. Most agencies and installers already run their own post stock; tell us if you need us to advise on sizes.
Which material should an agency order?
Correx for volume - it is weatherproof, cheap enough to treat as consumable and replaces easily when a board gets damaged. ACM for prestige listings and long-standing sites where a rigid aluminium panel looks considerably better on a premium frontage.
Can you keep our brand colours consistent across repeat orders?
Yes. We print in-house rather than brokering it out, so we hold your file and colour setup and a board printed next year still matches the ones already on the street. Send a brand guideline or a previous board reference and we will match to it.
Do you offer trade pricing for agencies?
Yes. Volume discounts apply in the configurator as you change quantity, and agencies ordering regularly are usually better off on a trade account so repeat runs are quick to place. Get in touch and we will set that up.
How quickly can boards be turned around?
Standard production is three to five working days. Delivery is chosen at checkout. Boards are printed and cut in-house, so a rush order is not dependent on anyone else's schedule - see turnaround and lead times.
